  • Infinite Paths provides professional substance abuse evaluations for individuals who have been referred by a court, probation department, or attorney.

Evaluations are conducted by a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) and documentation may be used to satisfy court or probation requirements when applicable.

These evaluations assess an individual's history of substance use and help determine whether education, treatment, or other services may be recommended.

    Evaluations may be required for:

    • Court
    • Probation
    • Attorney Recommendations

Evaluations are conducted online via Google Meet and typically take approximately 45–60 minutes to complete.

Clients must have a stable internet connection, working camera, and working microphone in order to participate. A valid government-issued photo ID will be required at the beginning of the session.

Required intake forms and supplemental assessments must be completed prior to the scheduled evaluation.

Evening and weekend appointments are available. If you do not see an appointment time that works for your schedule, please contact us at counselor@infinitepathstx.com for additional availability.

Documentation may be provided to the client and, when requested, to attorneys, probation officers, or courts.

Expedited processing of evaluations may be available as an optional add-on.

By scheduling an evaluation, you acknowledge and agree to Infinite Paths Policies.

  • Infinite Paths offers Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) approved DWI Education Course, which may be required following certain DWI offenses.

This course is designed for individuals charged with a first-time DWI offense (DWI 1st) or Obstruction of Highway/Passageway and is not intended for repeat or subsequent DWI offenses, which require a different program.

The course provides education regarding the effects of alcohol and drugs on driving ability, decision making, and public safety.

The course may be required for:

    • Court
    • Probation requirements
    • Attorney Recommendations
    • Driver’s license reinstatement through the Texas Department of Public Safety

The program consists of a 12-hour course delivered over three days, with four-hour sessions each day.

Courses are conducted online via live instructor-led sessions through Google Meet. Participants must be present for the entire class session each day in order to receive credit and obtain a Certificate of Completion, in accordance with TDLR guidelines.

Clients must have a stable internet connection, working camera, and working microphone in order to participate. A valid government-issued photo ID will be required at the beginning of the first session.

Required intake forms and supplemental assessments must be completed prior to the scheduled course. Participants must also complete any required course assessments in order for a certificate to be issued.

    Minimum Enrollment Requirement:
Classes require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If minimum enrollment is not met, the course may be rescheduled. Participants will be notified in advance and may transfer to a future class or receive a full refund.

    Course Documentation

Certificates of Completion are provided to the client by mail and may also be sent to the designated court, probation officer, attorney, or the Texas Department of Public Safety, as indicated on the client’s intake forms and in accordance with TDLR procedures.
