• Full payment is required at the time of scheduling.
• Appointments may be rescheduled one time only with at least 24 hours' notice and a $20 rescheduling fee.
• Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
• All required forms must be completed before your scheduled appointment or class. Incomplete paperwork will result in a no-show designation.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all services.
• DWI Education Courses require full attendance per TDLR guidelines. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
