Policies
To ensure availability and fairness for all clients, Infinite Paths LLC maintains the following policies:
Payment Policy
Payment in full is required at the time of scheduling for all appointments and education courses.
Optional add-ons, including Expedited Processing, must be selected during scheduling or added prior to completion of your service.
Rescheduling Policy
Appointments and course registrations may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment or first day of class.
A $20 rescheduling fee applies to all approved reschedule requests.
To request a reschedule, please call or text (940) 580-4080 or email support@infinitepathstx.com.
Reschedule requests are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Infinite Paths.
Requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or first class cannot be accommodated.
Cancellation, Late Arrival, No Show Policy
Because appointments and course seats are reserved specifically for each participant, all payments are non-refundable.
A participant will be considered a no-show if they:
Cancel after the applicable deadline
Fail to attend their scheduled appointment or class
Arrive after the scheduled start time
Fail to complete required paperwork before the appointment
Are unable to participate due to technology or identification requirements
No-shows forfeit all fees paid and must schedule a new appointment or course registration at the full cost.
Required Forms and Documentation
All required intake forms, assessments, and supporting documentation must be completed before your scheduled appointment or first day of class.
Failure to complete required paperwork before your scheduled service may result in cancellation of your appointment and will be treated as a no-show.
Identification Requirement
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all services.
Participants may be asked to present their identification before the beginning of their evaluation or education course for identity verification purposes.
Technology Requirements (Virtual Services)
All services are conducted virtually using Google Meet.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have:
A reliable internet connection
A working camera
A working microphone
A quiet, private location free from distractions
Participants must remain visible on camera throughout the session unless instructed otherwise by their counselor or instructor.
Service Area
Substance Abuse Evaluations may only be conducted while the participant is physically located within the State of Texas at the time of the appointment. Education courses may be completed from any location provided all technology and participation requirements are met.
Recording Policy
Audio recording, video recording, screenshots, or unauthorized reproduction of evaluations or education courses is prohibited without prior written permission from Infinite Paths.
Education Course Attendance
In accordance with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) guidelines, late arrivals are not permitted for education courses. Participants must be present for the entire class session. Individuals who arrive late will not be admitted and will be required to register and pay for a new course.
Participant Conduct
Infinite Paths reserves the right to discontinue services if a participant:
Appears intoxicated or impaired
Is disruptive or abusive
Fails to follow instructor or counselor directions
Is unable to meaningfully participate
Services terminated for these reasons are non-refundable.
Class Minimum
Some education courses require a minimum number of participants.
If minimum enrollment is not met, Infinite Paths may reschedule the course. Participants will be notified in advance and may choose to:
Transfer to another available course date, or
Receive a full refund.
Expedited Processing
Expedited Processing is available as an optional add-on for eligible services.
Substance Abuse Evaluations: Reports are prioritized for completion and are typically delivered within 48–72 hours following the appointment.
Education Courses: Certificates are prioritized for processing and mailed via USPS Priority Mail.
Policy Agreement
Infinite Paths LLC reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. The most current version will always be available on this website.
By scheduling an appointment or registering for a service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
