Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of scheduling.

Rescheduling Policy

Appointments or course registrations may be rescheduled one time only with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment or first class start time.

A $20 rescheduling fee will apply to all rescheduled appointments or course registrations.

To request a reschedule, please email support@infinitepathstx.com. Rescheduling is not confirmed until a response has been provided by Infinite Paths. Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or first class start time cannot be accommodated.

Cancellation, Late Arrival, No Show Policy

Because appointments and course seats are reserved in advance all payments are non-refundable.

Clients who cancel their appointment or course registration, fail to attend their scheduled appointment or course, or arrive after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show. No-shows will forfeit the full payment and will be required to pay the full fee again to schedule another appointment or register for a future course.

In accordance with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) guidelines, late arrivals are not permitted for education courses. Participants must be present for the entire class session. Individuals who arrive late will not be admitted and will be required to register and pay for a new course.

Required Forms and Documentation

All required intake forms and supplemental assessments must be completed prior to the scheduled appointment or course. Clients who fail to submit the required forms before the scheduled time will not be permitted to proceed with the appointment or class and will be considered a no-show due to incomplete paperwork.

Identification Requirement

Clients must provide a valid government-issued photo ID as part of the intake process and may be required to present the same identification at the beginning of their scheduled evaluation or course.

Technology Requirements (Virtual Services)

Evaluations and courses are conducted virtually via Google Meet. Clients must have a stable internet connection, a working camera, and a working microphone to participate.

Participants must join from a quiet, private, distraction-free environment that allows for active participation. Background distractions—including children, pets, other individuals, television, driving, or public settings—may interfere with services and may result in removal from the session.

Participants must remain on camera for the duration of the session unless a break has been designated by the instructor or counselor.

Participant Conduct

Infinite Paths reserves the right to terminate services if a participant is disruptive, intoxicated, or unable to appropriately participate. In such cases, payment will not be refunded.

Class Minimum

Infinite Paths LLC reserves the right to reschedule any group course that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements. In such cases, participants will be notified in advance and provided the option to transfer to a future course date or receive a full refund. Infinite Paths LLC is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants due to rescheduling.

Policy Agreement

By scheduling an appointment or registering for a service with Infinite Paths, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

Infinite Paths reserves the right to update policies as necessary. The most current version will always be available on this website.

Regulatory Notice

Infinite Paths is regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
Any complaints against the court-ordered program, program provider, instructor, or program personnel may be directed to TDLR.
