Yes. All Substance Abuse Evaluations are completed virtually through Google Meet with a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). You can complete your evaluation from any private location within Texas using a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer with a working camera and microphone.

Yes. Due to licensing requirements, all Substance Abuse Evaluations must be completed while you are physically located in Texas at the time of your appointment.
Education courses may be attended from any location provided you have a reliable internet connection and meet all participation requirements.

After scheduling, you'll receive a confirmation email immediately.
Within one business day, you'll receive a separate email containing your Client Verification & Intake Forms and personalized assessment link. Complete all required paperwork before your appointment, then join your private Google Meet session at your scheduled appointment time.

Substance Abuse Evaluation reports are generally completed within one week following your appointment.
Certificates for education courses are mailed after successful completion of the program.
Expedited processing may be available for an additional fee.

Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours' notice. A $20 rescheduling fee applies. Your appointment is not considered rescheduled until payment has been received and your new appointment has been confirmed.

We strive to offer appointments as quickly as possible, with many clients able to schedule within just a few days. We also offer lunch time, evening and weekend appointments for added flexibility.

All Infinite Paths services are provided virtually. You can attend your appointment from a private location using a device with a working camera, microphone, and reliable internet connection.

Yes. Substance Abuse Evaluations may be completed using a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer with a working camera and microphone.
Education courses may also be attended using a mobile device; however, we strongly recommend using a laptop or desktop computer whenever possible to ensure the best experience during class activities and participation requirements.
Regardless of the device you use, you must have a reliable internet connection, a working camera and microphone, and remain connected and visible for the duration of your appointment or class.

Payment is required in full at the time of scheduling.

We accept all major payment methods available through our secure online scheduling system.

Please join your appointment or class on time. There is no grace period for evaluations or education courses. Late arrivals cannot be admitted, and missed appointments are considered no-shows.

Missed appointments are considered no-shows and are non-refundable. A new appointment and payment will be required.

You may use a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer with a working camera and microphone. For education courses, a laptop or desktop is recommended whenever possible.

No. All paperwork is completed electronically. Printing, scanning, and mailing documents are not required.

It is your responsibility to ensure your device and internet connection are functioning before your appointment. Participants must have a working camera and microphone throughout the session. Technical issues on the client's end do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling without applicable fees.

A Substance Abuse Evaluation is a confidential clinical assessment conducted by a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) to evaluate an individual's history of alcohol and drug use. The evaluation includes a clinical interview, a standardized assessment, and a review of any relevant legal or personal history.
The completed evaluation may include recommendations for education, treatment, or other services, depending on the findings and the referral requirements.

Substance Abuse Evaluations typically take 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the information discussed during the appointment. Please allow sufficient time to complete the evaluation without interruptions.

Complete all required paperwork as soon as possible after receiving it. All paperwork must be submitted before your scheduled appointment.

Appointments may be canceled if all required paperwork has not been completed before your scheduled appointment. A new appointment may be required.

Substance Abuse Evaluations
DWI Education Courses

The DWI Education Course is intended for individuals convicted of a first-time DWI offense who have been ordered by a court, probation department, or the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) to complete a state-approved education program.
This course is not the Repeat Offender DWI Intervention Program or the Drug Offender Education Program (DOEP). If you're unsure which course you need, please contact us before registering.

Yes. Attendance at every scheduled class session is required by TDLR. Late arrivals and missed class sessions cannot be credited toward course completion.

The DWI Education Course is a 12-hour program required by Texas law and approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
The course is taught over three consecutive days, with four hours of instruction each day. Short breaks are provided approximately every hour to help participants remain engaged and comfortable throughout the course.
Participants must attend all scheduled class hours in accordance with TDLR requirements.

After scheduling, you'll receive a confirmation email containing instructions to complete the Numerical Drinking Profile (NDP). This must be completed before your first class session.
Please have your case number and/or attorney contact information readily available on your first day of class if not provided at scheduling.

YES. Infinite Paths is approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) to provide the DWI Education Course required by Texas law.
Our TDLR Provider License Number is 1865, and all courses are taught by TDLR-certified instructors.

Yes. Expedited Processing is available as an optional add-on when scheduling your appointment.
For Education Courses:

Yes. With your authorization, we can provide your evaluation report or certificate directly to your attorney, probation officer, court, or other authorized referral source.

Education course certificates are mailed directly to participants after successful completion.
Substance Abuse Evaluation reports are typically submitted electronically to your attorney or probation officer and can also be provided directly to you upon request.

No. All payments are non-refundable.

Yes. A family member, friend, attorney, or other individual may pay for your appointment on your behalf. However, the participant is still responsible for attending the appointment, completing all required paperwork, and complying with all office policies.
