All services are conducted virtually. You can attend your appointment from any private location using a phone, tablet, or computer with a working camera and microphone.

Education courses may be completed from anywhere, provided you have a reliable internet connection, a working camera and microphone, and a quiet, distraction-free environment. However, substance abuse evaluations must be completed while you are physically located in Texas at the time of service.

Yes. Substance Abuse Evaluations may be completed using a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.
Education courses may also be attended from a mobile device; however, we strongly recommend using a laptop or desktop computer whenever possible due to participation requirements and course activities.

No. All required paperwork is completed online. No printing, scanning, mailing, or uploading of paper forms is necessary.

Yes, all intake forms and assessments can be completed from a mobile device. No printing is needed.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

We accept all major payment methods available through our secure online booking system.

No. All payments are non-refundable.

Appointments and course registrations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment or first day of class. To request a reschedule, please contact us at support@infinitepathstx.com or (940) 580-4080. A $20 rescheduling fee will apply. Your reschedule is not confirmed until the invoice has been paid and you have received confirmation from our office.

There is no grace period for evaluations or education courses. Please log in on time. Late arrivals cannot be admitted. If you do not log in at your scheduled start time, your appointment or registration will be considered a no-show/cancellation. In accordance with TDLR guidelines, full course attendance is required. A new appointment or course registration, along with a new payment, will be required.

All intake forms (and assessments) completed prior to evaluation or first day of class
A valid government-issued photo ID
A reliable internet connection
A device with a working camera and microphone

Missed appointments are considered no-shows and are non-refundable. A new appointment and payment will be required.

It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection prior to your appointment. Technical issues on the client’s end do not qualify for refunds.

A working camera and microphone are required for all online evaluations and education courses. Participants must remain on camera and actively participate for the full session. It is your responsibility to test your device, internet connection, and audio/video settings before your scheduled appointment or class. If you are unable to use your camera or microphone at the time of service, you will not be permitted to continue, and a new appointment or registration with payment will be required.

A valid ID includes a government-issued photo identification such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport. Expired or unofficial forms of identification will not be accepted.

Yes, all required documentation will be provided upon successful completion of your evaluation / education course.

Yes, with appropriate authorization.
Release of information questions will be asked at booking and confirmed during your appointment.

Certificates of completion for education courses are mailed directly to the participant upon successful completion.
Substance abuse evaluation reports are typically submitted electronically to your attorney or probation officer and may be provided to you directly upon request.
Expedited processing and office pickup may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Complete your Client Verification & Intake Forms using the link provided in your appointment confirmation email.
Watch for a separate email from our office containing your personalized assessment link. This email is typically sent within one business day.

All clients complete a brief online intake form when scheduling an appointment. This includes standard demographic and contact information.
For Education Courses
After scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to complete the Numerical Drinking Profile (NDP). This form must be completed before your first class session.
For Substance Abuse Evaluations
After scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to complete the Client Verification & Intake form. You will also receive a follow-up email with your appointment details, Google Meet link, and assessment questionnaire.
Both the Client Verification & Intake form and the Assessment must be completed before your scheduled evaluation appointment.
All paperwork is completed online. No printing, scanning, or mailing is necessary.

After scheduling your Substance Abuse Evaluation, you will receive a confirmation email with your intake forms. Your personalized assessment link will be sent separately by our office, typically within one business day.

Required paperwork should be completed as soon as possible after scheduling your appointment. All required forms must be submitted before your scheduled course or evaluation. Delays in completing paperwork may result in cancellation.

No. Simply click your Google Meet link at your scheduled appointment time. You will be placed in a virtual waiting room and admitted into your private session with your counselor as soon as your appointment begins.
